Erik-X8 showed a great interest in music from a young age. His first contact with DJ-ing occurred when he was 11 years old, and as he grew older he found his new occupation – which later transformed into a preoccupation. Immediately after he developed a collection of tastes in many different genres of music, but over time, he leaned towards electronic genres like Electro, House, Trance, HardCore and Drum & Bass. As time went on, he upgraded his knowledge and experience. When he was 16 he started working seriously on his career – in 2006 he successfully promoted his Flying Trance compilation of educational rendezvous in Skopje at the Metropolis Arena and performed in front of more than a 1000 people.
From December 2010 Erik-X8 began his DJ show called “Beats 4 life” on air at the University radio UGD FM – the show is broadcasted every Sunday at midnight.
